Joh 4:35-38 You say, don’t you, ‘In four more months the harvest will begin?’ Look, I tell you, open your eyes and observe that the fields are ready for harvesting now!
The one who harvests is already receiving his wages and gathering a crop for eternal life, so that the one who sows and the one who harvests may rejoice together. In this respect the saying is true: ‘One person sows, and another person harvests.’ I have sent you to harvest what you have not worked for. Others have worked, and you have adopted their work as your own.”
4 more months for 2025 to be over. Those who work in the academic field are looking forward for the dawn of the New Year of 2026! But the Lord is telling AOJ Soldiers,
Look, I tell you, open your eyes and observe that the fields are ready for harvesting now!
This 4 months are important for us. The harvest is ripe and ready.
Those who are engaged in AOJ Operations and those who are active in conducting gift schools are those who are harvesting the field- They are already receiving their wages.
What wage (remuneration) do they receive? – The joy and the satisfaction their soul winning labour yields- Seeing the new doors opened in the harvest fields– New invitations coming from Churches, Souls coming out of dungeons, prisons and lock ups!
The greatest reward they receive is that
They are gathering a crop for eternal life. Bible assures us of this reward.
Psa 62:12 Also to you, Lord, belongs gracious love, because you reward each person according to what he does.
Isa 3:10 “Tell the righteous that things will go well, because they will enjoy the fruit of their actions.”
Rom 2:6 For he will repay everyone according to what that person has done:
Rom 2:7 eternal life to those who strive for glory, honor, and immortality by patiently doing good;
1Co 4:5 ………He will bring to light what is now hidden in darkness and reveal the motives of our hearts. Then each person will receive his praise from God.
Rev 22:12 ……..My reward is with me to repay everyone according to his action.
‘One person sows, and another person harvests.’ Jn 4:37
This is becoming true in AOJ. About 2 months ago, AOJ went to conduct FRP in a Church in Singaperumal Koil, Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu. The pastor of the Church, impressed by the training, sent his only son and daughter in law along with a few believers to attend the training BFF in August. Pastor’s son and daughter in law committed to attend OTP and go to missions after the training. After watching the transformations in His son, the Pastor & his wife themselves decided to attend the training . They are are attending the current BFF batch 838, which is going on in Chennai (1-8 September, 2025). On the 3rd day of the training, the Pastor made a request to conduct BFF in His Church and use all the facilities of His Church for BFF. He wants all the 450 believers in his Church to attend BFF.
We AOJ soldiers are invited to harvest the souls where we have not sown. All this 450 souls were brought to Jesus Christ, from non Christian background. With how much pain, the Pastor would have ploughed the field, sowed the seed, removed the weeds, watered the crops! AOJ soldiers who have never done anything for this Church, are allowed now to harvest them! What a great privilege? Let us humble ourselves and take up this ministry fearfully with all gratitude to the Lord. Since AOJ was true in its calling.
I have sent you to harvest what you have not worked for!
It may look unjust but the Lord who is a just God who engaged His Army in other works during the famine years, is now rewarding you .
Others have worked, and you are called to eat the fruit of their labour.
During the years 2007-2014, AOJ was asked to engage in war with the enemy. The Lord trained our hands and fingers for battle. He took us to many places. Taught us to live on faith, looking unto Him alone. AOJ was rejected, ostracized, looked down upon, criticized and blamed by the institutional Churches!
The allegation against AOJ was “They break the Churches; Don’t allow them inside”.
Now the time has come when the same tongues say, “Troop Church is the real Church.“
Pastors started telling,
“I’m going to convert my Church into Troop Churches”.
Others have worked, and you have adopted their work as your own.”
Jesus Christ is the owner of the Church.
Let us entrust what we have heard through many witnesses
to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well.
What all spiritual blessings we enjoy in India now are the result of many foreign missionaries who sacrificed their lives, children, and everything they had.
Starting from Thomas the Apostle, may have done the hard work of spreading the Gospel in India , and we reap the rewards of their labor.
If we AOJ soldiers work together to achieve a goal of spreading Gospel to the nations and bringing shadow systems among nations, our future generation will see this achieved and each person’s contribution will be valuable.
In essence, our work and efforts will have a lasting impact in building the Kingdom, even if we don’t see the immediate results. Let us appreciate the contributions of others and work together as a team to bring God’s Kingdom to the earth.
