Act 10:3-4 About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God come in and say to him,

“What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and your alms have ascended as a memorial before God.

Bible says that the Lord’s eyes are roaming around the earth watching everything and controlling everything as per His righteousness and justice.

2 Ch 16:9 The LORD’s eyes keep on roaming throughout the earth, looking for those whose hearts completely belong to him, so that he may strongly support them.
¨It shows that God is not distant or passive. His “roaming” eyes are actively searching for people who trust Him so that He can support them. It is both comforting and sobering.
¨Nothing is hidden. He is ready to act for the loyal hearts.
All the infrastructure created on the earth, (the Human Governmental systems, Electoral systems both International and National, Judicial systems, Law enforcement systems, Monetary systems, Trading systems, distribution systems, etc are established on earth in order to execute the judgments of the Courts of Heaven. The judgment that comes from the Heavenly Court is implemented and enforced by every system which exists in this world.
Hence The Heavenly Court is the final appellate for any case for humanity. Those who are not aware of this apex court, stops appealing with all the earthly judicial systems and get frustrated when unjust decisions comes from them.
In Bible we see many incidents about the functioning of the heavenly Court and its Supreme Judge, the Lord God of Heaven instructing human beings to bring their appeals and cases to the court along with their evidences. In certain places He explains why their cases failed due to improper presentation by the advocates.
Let us take one example today and meditate.

Presenting a case in a court needs lot of ground work like collecting evidences, collecting the real facts from reliable sources etc. Cases without proper evidences will not be accepted in the Courts. It should be brought and presented in such a way that you are right and the Judge could pass a judgment in favour of you. Hence it is required that the case should be presented by experienced lawyers, When the opponent lawyer (accuser- satan) counter act and puts forth all the shameful, secret, vulgar sins of the appellant in the past, they should not withdraw, and be silent. The accuser is so clever to find your weakness and silence you at your weakest moment. He will bring all such proofs from your past life in order to give you mental traumas, shocks and silence you or make you run away from the court or withdraw your case. You should stand there confident of the fact that you are forgiven by the blood of Jesus Christ. You should be confident enough about your identity in Jesus Christ. You are forgiven, Accepted as a son of God Anointed as an ambassador of Jesus Christ, Have become an heir and co heir with Jesus Christ for all the blessings Jesus has brought to the earth. Admit all the sins you have committed, never get ashamed of all the accusations the enemy is bringing, be ready to put forth your argument that you have repented and washed by the blood of Jesus Christ, and you stand there in the Heavenly Court as a righteous person because of your faith in Jesus Christ. |
Let us go deep into this verse .
In Isa 43:26, the Heavenly Judge is giving a summon to appear in His Court for arguing your case. Anyone who has registered himself in the Heavenly Court (Any believer) can inter into the Court with His case. They can argue there. The Lord is asking us to remind him of all that you have done in your life to observe the commandments of the Bible and to express your faith in Jesus Christ.
It is required to present before the court with evidences, orally and in documents.
There are people in the society who have no voice to speak out or no access to the earthly court. They might be citizens of the nation but due to some reason, they would be suppressed or oppressed in the society. Such people (individuals, tribes, groups) may not have access to the earthly court and get justice.There are angels who make a record of all your

Italian Centurion in the Roman Empire
But everyone who is registered as a believer of Jesus Christ, (Heb 12:22) will have access to the heavenly court. Their illiteracy or social status, does not make them ineligible for getting justice from the heavenly Court. That is by another method. The heavenly court considers their actions. What all they have done in observance of the Commandments of Bible.
We read about an Italian Centurion in the Roman Empire who was in such a condition. Since he was a gentile, he was denied access to the temple and all religious activities connected with temple. But he used to manifest His faith in actions . He used to pray a lot and give alms. Heaven looked upon him. He had a vision one day. An angel was sent to him from heaven with a message.
Act 10:4 And he was gazing at him, and becoming terrified, he said, What is it, lord? And he said to him, Your prayers and your merciful deeds have come up for a memorial before God.
Let us note the word, ‘Memorial before God’
Those who do not have a voice in the society (because of discrimination like, caste, financial status, language, nationality, faith etc.)
For them, their actions will speak in the court of heaven.
Rahab, a prostitute – She lost her voice because of her sinful life
Cornelius – Lost his voice because of his caste – non Jew- Gentile
Ruth lost her voice because of the curse her tribe received due to ancestral sin – Moabites did not give water to Israelites (Neh 13:1,2)
Zaccheus lost his voice due to his profession- collecting tax for Romans from Israelites
Samaritan woman lost her voice because of her birth as a Samaritan- Samaritans split from the Judah who sticked on to true worship – as 10 Tribes and were formed as Israel. Israel under the kingship of Jeroboam started worshipping idol –a calf. They were considered as Idol worshippers by the Jews and were looked down upon because of their ancestral activities.
The Poor widow of Bible – She would have lost her voice in the society because of her financial status. Nobody noticed her offering two pennies. The rich used to make others blow trumpets while giving offering, in order to attract the attention of others. This widow’s action spoke in the court of heaven more powerfully than that of any lawyer. She by her action, (giving the total sum) was justified.
The woman with a flow of blood (Mark 5:25-28). She by the nature of her disease was not supposed to appear in society. She had no access to Jesus. But her faith expressed in the touch of His garment, brought healing to her. Here her action spoke for her in the heavenly court and rendered justice to her.
Christians lost their voice
These days, Christians have lost their voices due to their counter witnessing life and scandalous activities in the society in the past years. Hence they are denied justice in many places. They are considered as second grade citizens in our country. By the very nature of our faith in Jesus Christ, we are hated, considered as foreigners, spies to other countries, betrayers of the nation etc.
Till 2013, Christians had every freedom to evangelize, i.e. to propagate their faith in this nation. As the Lord informed us in 2006 through ENHF Vision about India, from 2014, this freedom is curtailed and questioned.
Reflect the love of Jesus Christ
Now the Lord is opening a new door to us. Make our faith in Jesus Christ known through our actions. This is called TIP (Transformation India Project) by AOJ.
Without any preaching, look for opportunities to serve the society where you can reflect the love of Jesus Christ. Serving the society without expecting anything in return. Helping others, without any discrimination of caste, creed, nationality, who are in need.

Identify your calling (eligibility, capability and resources)
Get advice from others
Plunge into action in a small level first
Expand as the Lord leads and guides within the border of your authority.
These actions will speak powerfully in the court of heaven before the judge and bring a judgment in favour of you.
Establishing Jesus’ Government
When a good number of Christians get involved in this, the face of India will change. The Heavenly Court will decide in favour of such Christians and finally Jesus Christ Government will be established in India.
