TRANSFORMATION INDIA PROJECT (TIP)
Introduced in AOJ first in 2017
TIP was launched on 16.6.2017, 11th anniversary of the day the Lord gave the ENHF vision about India 2020.
The Lord has reminded AOJ of TIP again in 2023

Faith without works is dead!
Jas 2:24 -26 You see then how a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
And in the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she had received the messengers and had sent them out another way?
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Gal 6:9 But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.
If we (whole Church in India) had continued this “Faith in Action strategy” in the past, the major portion of India would have become believers & the Church would have made an impact on this nation like the early missionaries did.
As believers of Christ, demonstrating faith becomes obligatory. It just doesn’t end with believing God, for even the demons believe God and tremble. From Abraham, the father of faith to Rahab, the harlot everyone is justified by faith on God manifested in deeds.
Troop Church members should be known by their fruits i.e.- activities – Love in action.
Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit. In every Troop Church, every member should bring forth fruits daily- fruits – souls.
Method – Jeremiah 16:16. Hunting. They should go to the place where souls are available. The prey will not come to the hunter voluntarily.
We should go in search of them. Go to the people who are in need.
Is 58:6-7 Fasting = delivering people spiritually & physically
Spiritual Deliverance
Isa 58:6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? To loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed ones go free, and that you break every yoke?
Loosing the bands of wickedness – delivering people from demon possession
Undo heavy burdens – Conduct Inner Healing
Let the oppressed ones go free – By forgiving others & reconciling
Break every yoke – Tearing down all strongholds
Physical Deliverance
Isa 58:7 Is it not to break your bread to the hungry, and that you should bring home the wandering poor? When will you see the naked and cover him; and you will not hide yourself from your own flesh?
Breaking the bread with the hungry – Blessing of giving than receiving. ( Acts 20:34,35 )
Bring home the wandering poor- Running homes for orphans, destitute etc.
Covering the naked – Protecting the voiceless and vulnerable in the society
Not hiding oneself from own brethren- Not self centred but other centred
Php 2:3-8 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind let each ‘esteem others better than themselves’.
Do not let each man look upon his own things, but each man also on the things of others.
For let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God,
but made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Himself the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men. And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
TRANS INDIA IS NOTHING BUT love in action
•John 15: 12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
•Mat 22:39 And the second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Luke 10:37 And he said, The onedoing the deed ofmercy to him. And Jesus said to him, Go and do likewise.
Commandment of love
All troop church members were asked to spend minimum two hours per week in practising the commandment of LOVE.
Jas 2:14-16 My brothers, what profit is it if a man says he faith and does not have works? Can faith save him?
If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,
and if one of you says to them, Go in peace, be warmed and filled, but you do not give them those things which are needful to the body, what good is it?

Let our land be filled with love for one another
If we are to be known as disciples of Jesus Christ, we should have fruits in us. Others should see the fruits in the tree. People will not go to thistles and briers, which do not yield any good fruit.
Christians can not bring souls to the Kingdom of heaven if they remain idle, restricting themselves only to spiritual activities.
Bringing fruits (souls) is not an option to enter into the kingdom of heaven. It is mandatory.
How to bring fruits in plenty?
Luk 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tempted Him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Luk 10:29 But he, willing to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbor?
Luk 10:30 And answering, Jesus said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among robbers, who stripped him of his clothing and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Luk 10:31 And by coincidence a certain priest came down that way and seeing him, he passed by on the opposite side.
And in the same way a Levite, also being at the place, coming and seeing him, he passed on the opposite side. But a certain traveling Samaritan came upon him, and seeing him, he was filled with pity.
And coming near, he bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, and set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. And going on the next day, he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, Take care of him. And whatever more you spend, when I come again I will repay you.
Then which of these three, do you think, was neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?
Luk 10:37 And he said, The one doing the deed of mercy to him. And Jesus said to him, Go and do likewise.
- Orphan children
- Destitute in old age homes
- Poor
- Beggars on streets and road sides
- The insane and mad
- Prostitutes
- Rural and rustic
- The poor & sick in government hospitals
- In Slums
Go in my name! Bind the strong man first! Take the coverage of my blood and go ahead!
Seal them in my name! Let the people whom you visit, taste my love! Seal them in my name! Bring people to fill my banquet hall!
May the Lord fill our hearts with burden for these people
Ask Jesus to fill you with His love
Spend time with them
Be with them
Play with them, Eat with them
Teach them; Help them do their homework!
Try to help them in SOME way or other!
Visit Them; spend time with them; Arrange gatherings with them! after few weeks start Troop Church among them .
Arrange some of your holidays with them!
THESE ARE THE ONES CHOSEN FOR OUR FATHER’S DIVINE DINNER
Till now every soldier (Troop Church member) was asked to allot minimum 2 hrs out of home in the service of others.
They can be of various types.
- Visiting houses
- Baby sitting , Household works
- Teaching
- Kitchen garden
- Organic farming
- Help to Senior Citizens, in marketing, banking, taking children to school,
- No preaching. Only helping them in free service!
•The time of our old pattern of running the Church & Evangelization is over.
We, the Indian Church is undergoing a period of transition – Since we refuse (intentionally or unintentionally), to accept this phenomena, the Lord is thrusting it upon the Church in India through some hard methods. We call it “persecution”.
•We can even name it differently, “The urgent invitation of the Lord is to change the methods”.
• The season is changing (Jer 8:7, 1 Chro 12:32)
Guidelines in implementing
AOJ Soldiers who are inspired to start TIP Programmes like
- Home for the aged
- Providing housemaids, Centres for training housemaids
- Homes for Physically and mentally disabled,
- Shelter for widows , handicapped,
- Providing employment for the jobless,
They should use their own resources. No demand for money from others.
If public money is involved, proper auditing & accounts submitting should be done
